These are snapshots: the calendar file and the link hold the plan as it is right now. A snapshot link carries the plan inside the link itself, so this site never stores or sees it, and your ticked boxes are not included.

Use the tools you already plan in. Nothing is uploaded: you copy or download here, then paste or import there.
Paste into a Notion page. In Google Docs, turn on Tools, Preferences, Enable Markdown, then right-click and choose Paste from Markdown. Or to import into Notion.
Opens in Google Sheets or Excel. Imports into Airtable, or into Notion as a database.
One item per line. Paste into a Trello list or into Todoist to get one card or task per item.
