Sync keeps this device's trips in your account, so your other signed-in devices, your trip address, and your calendar all see them. Turn it on once on each device, and each dated trip below gets Add to Google Calendar. Changes to the plan follow it there.
Trip history, live links, and blog posts
Part of Pro. Go back to any of the last 30 versions of a synced trip, give each group you travel with its own live link, with an end date and a count of how often it was opened, and turn a trip into a blog post ready to paste.
Versions
A version is kept when a trip changes after sitting for ten minutes, and about every ten minutes while you edit. Restoring keeps the current copy as a version too.

Notion
Keep each synced trip as a page in your Notion: the days, your saved links, and bookings and packing as checklists. It updates as you plan.
Send it from Instagram
Message a reel, a post, a link, or a note to @tripdeputy on Instagram, and T.D. files it with the plan it belongs to. First, link your account: send this code to @tripdeputy once.
Your trip address
Forward links here from the email address on this account; mail from any other address is turned away. Up to 10 links per email land in Saved on the trip you are planning, or in "Someday and near home" when no trip is under way.
Re-plan the day
Tell it where you are and what changed, including anything you found closed. Where you are is used for this request only and never saved.
Check opening hours
Within the next seven days you get that day's hours, holiday changes included; further out, the place's typical hours for that weekday. They are shown to you only: not saved, and not sent to the AI.
On-sale and booking alerts
We email you the day before and again 5 to 10 minutes before sales or bookings open. Each one also shows up in that trip's calendar link. Email can run late, so set your own reminder for anything you cannot miss.
Download my data gives you everything we hold for your account in one file. Deleting removes your synced trips, alerts, and account right away and ends any subscription. Trips saved on your devices stay there.
