Free, with no account

For planning a trip on your own. The day-by-day plan, the packing list, and the booking deadlines cost nothing and need no card. Plan with the AI assistant you already use, or sign in with your email and our AI fills in your first trip. Split the costs with the people you travel with, and pay each other back in Venmo, PayPal, or your bank. Free gives you snapshots: a calendar file, a share link, and exports to Notion, Sheets, and Trello, each showing the plan as it is when you make them. Your trips stay on your device.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The planner is free with no account. Sign in with your email in the planner's Days tab and we fill in your first trip free, no card.

Can I get Pro free?

Yes. Tell us about a trip you took. If we publish your story, share it on your own blog or social account with a link back, send us that post's link, and Pro is yours free for a year.

Can I switch between Plus and Pro?

Yes, from your account page, at any time. Moving up to Pro bills the difference for the rest of your current period right away. Moving down to Plus leaves a credit toward your next bill.

What happens to my trips if I cancel?

Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that, trips on your devices stay right where they are and the free planner keeps working. Synced copies stay in your account until you delete them or the account; live links and calendar links pause.

What happens if I move from Pro to Plus?

Trip history and the extra live links pause. The first live link for each trip keeps working, and your limits go back to Plus's.

Do you give refunds?

Payments are not refunded for a partial period. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we will make it right. The terms have the details.

What are the monthly limits for?

Each AI fill, re-plan, and hours check costs us money to run, so each plan includes a monthly amount. Plus includes 30 full plans, 20 re-plans, and 10 opening-hours checks of up to 15 places each, plus up to 50 trips and 50 open alerts. Pro includes three times the plans, re-plans, and checks, 200 trips, and 150 open alerts. Limits reset on the first of each month. Both plans use the same AI.

What the paid plans do not do

They do not follow you. When you re-plan, you type where you are. That text is used for that one request and never stored. Nothing runs in the background.
They do not check ticket or reservation sites for you. Their terms do not allow it, so we do not look up on-sale times, count tickets left, or watch for open tables. You enter when sales or bookings open, from the seller's own page, and we make sure you are ready.
They do not book for you. We tell you when to be ready and link you to the real booking page.
They are not the final word on hours. Hours come from Google Maps and are shown to you, not fed to the AI, so tell a re-plan what you found closed. Within a week of the date they include holiday changes Google knows about; further out they are the typical hours for that weekday. Call ahead for anything the day hangs on.
Their plans are drafts. The AI can be wrong about places, prices, and travel times. Check before you book.
Calendar updates are not instant. Calendar apps check a subscribed link on their own schedule, from every few hours to about once a day.
Alerts arrive by email, the day before and 5 to 10 minutes before something opens. Email can run late, so set your own reminder for anything you cannot miss.
